This is a silly product and you shouldn't buy it.
Take a 2 piece PCB, and replace the 2nd part with this. 8 glorious additional RGB neopixels to go behind your 5015 fan.
How will people see them you ask? Well you drill holes in the back of said fan. Drill guide here: https://github.com/hartk1213/MISC/blob/main/PCBs/Stealthburner_Toolhead_PCB/STLs/SB-LED-PCB_Drill_Template_v0.02.stl
You could also demount the hub and blades of the fan, and print a PETG housing.

The LEDs will be on the neopixel chain with the SB LEDs. You can combine different types (RGB, GBRW, etc) on a single neopixel chain these days.
